Community Events
Living Seawalls has strong ties with communities around our installations. Our resarchers have presented seminars and information sessions to a range of communities groups and we are eager to engage with local groups to improve the health of our shorelines.
Since its inception, Living Seawalls has been involved with many community events including participating in Australian Science Week, World Environment Day, the Ocean Lovers Festival and Seaweed Forests Festival. For these events we have run interactive displays of our habitat panels, participated in panel discussions and created media content to spread the Living Seawalls message.
